How to use :
1. Thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water to remove any surface dirt or oil.
2. Pour a small amount of conditioning shampoo (about the size of a quarter) into your palm, and gently massage it into your scalp and hair, working up a lather.
3. Ensure even distribution of the shampoo by running your fingers through your hair from roots to tips, focusing on areas prone to tangles and knots.
4. Use your fingertips to gently massage your scalp in circular motions for about 1-2 minutes to stimulate blood flow and promote a healthy scalp.
5. Rinse your hair with lukewarm water until all the shampoo is removed. Make sure there’s no residue left, as it can weigh your hair down and make it look greasy
6. You may follow up with a separate conditioner if your hair needs extra moisture or detangling, but this step might not be necessary with a conditioning shampoo
7. Squeeze out excess water and gently towel-dry your hair, avoiding rubbing or twisting to prevent breakage.
8. Allow your hair to air-dry or use a hairdryer with a diffuser attachment on a low heat setting, then style your hair as usual.
